Photo Session at Lionbridge

It was a lazy afternoon sometime in January at Lionbridge. I remember being busy at David’s desk trying to complete the Logo quiz that was hot stuff that day. David and I were rackling our brains to get the answers right. We did manage to get a few. We needed help. Sahil and Pradeep came to rescue. So four brains began working over the quiz.

All of a sudden, the gals come over with the digicam they borrowed from Peter. They had plans of going down and having a photo session. 10 minutes they said and we are going down. Next moment they were off to the washroom to give themselves a final touch of make up. (I still wonder why do gals put on artificial material to achieve something that comes naturally to them…yes beauty) ... Think I am being a bit too dramatic here...

Dave and Nishant decided to go down. Sahil, Pradeep, and I convinced them that we would be down in a few moments and sent them ahead. Think these guys actually expected us to join them as we had said we would. We kept receiving calls from them to call us down. But, we guys just didn’t feel like going down…. (dunno why.. you can call it ego, attitude… whatever)… Finally, these guys gave up... It ultimately dawned upon them that we guys won’t be joining them down…. They went ahead with their photo session… these are some of the pics they clicked down…

After the photo session, they were really mad at us… They gave us an earful and dragged us to get some pics with them… (but not before another round of makeup…).. This time the venue was the smoking zone.. the staircase of Lionbridge… This time it was all 10 of us.. sorry 9… (anu was busy helping some new joinee feel at home…. Nah… just joking.. guess he wasn’t in office that day..) We did manage to capture some really memorable moments in the otherwise smoky and dull smoking zone…

I guess we guys did not do the best thing by not coming down… We should have… But thanks to you guys for dragging us to the smoking zone to click some really memorable pics that we can cherish for life….
